After years of having rental properties carpeted using the big box stores we decided to have our home carpeted by Home Flooring. Wow! Were we happy with our decision! The gentlemen arrived right on time and worked 'till 9PM the first night so that they could get the entire house done the next day. Our house is a former show home, provided many carpeting challenges. Home Flooring's carpet layers were highly qualified professionals and installed the carpet without a flaw. I can't praise their work highly enough, suffice it to say, if I could find a way to give them six stars, I would.

We were really pleased with Home Flooring! We were referred by a contractor friend and Home Flooring was excellent to deal with. No pressure sales, but great service, trustworthy installers, fast responses, easily adapted to changes I made as well. We had our floors, Kitchen tile & fireplace done. Great pricing & selection. SO Impressed with these guys! We had quotes from CDL Carpet and Floor and a few other places, and this small family company provided substantially better pricing and customer service. It was a great pleasure to work with Moe, who arranged the tile installation in our home for the kitchen and two bathrooms. The Job was done in superior quality for the fraction of a price, in time without any delays. Both my Dearest Husband and myself can't believe the before /after difference: now our home looks like from these luxurious magazine photos! It is tough to find a good installer and good service, I would definitely comeback to this shop , and recommend to my Friends and Family. Both Tile Installers Hassan and His sweet Son Mustafa did such a professional work. When one of the bathroom's is finished fully, I'll post pictures. Will come back to This great Store in a heartbeat:)

The professionalism and knowledge of the folks at Home Flooring is unparalleled. I was looking for sound advice on how to best upgrade the flooring in my basement. My parents recently had their carpets replaced in their condo with vinyl plank. From the first time we stepped into the store to look at products we felt that they really cared about our business. Their quote was very reasonable compared to others and when the project was done, the actual cost came in well below the quote. The installer, Kamal and his wife were so professional and easy to deal with. My sister and I came into Calgary from Winnipeg and Victoria to assist our parents with the renovation and everyone was so accommodating. Kamal did such a beautiful job and he was such a perfectionist with his work. He would help my sister and I if we needed assistance to ensure that my parents came home to a fabulous new condo. Thanks again to Mo and Kamal for being so easy to deal with when you don't live in the same city to deal with issues. Highly recommend using this company.

I purchased high quality flooring from Home Flooring. I was dealing with Mo but the all of them are helpful at this family run business. The pricing was competitive and although I did not go with them for the actual installation Mo was kind enough to follow up to see if I liked the product. From start to finish the service is friendly and helpful. It is so rare to get quality customer service these days especially post sale but I got it from these guys. Highly recommend this company.

Ive waited about a year now to give my review. I did my whole house floors, carpet upstairs , 3 rooms, hallways, stairs, and living room, and I got some very nice vinyl plank flooring on the whole main floor. They also installed floorboards and did a backsplash in my kitchen. They sent 2 separate contractors for each floor job, and another for the backsplash. My experience with the Carpet guy was awesome! , they came back and did my baseboards as well and really did an amazing job. The planks however started out poorly. We had a drop in our floor from where carpet was met with some old linoleum. I was told at my appraisal that it would be no problem and they would level it out the same. The first contractors however did not properly level the floor and left me a very noticeable dip between rooms. I was horrified and called Yaz to complain. He was at my house the next day and told me he would fix it. To his credit the next day a whole new crew was there and they did a great job overall making a huge improvement. There is now just the slightest of crease in the floor if you really paid attention to that one spot but I was relieved at the improvement and let it stand. I am giving these guys a 5 star because its been a year later and not 1 defect in workmanship. Also, the customer service was very good. I have a lot of respect for Yaz and his family for showing care and professional service to me and my wife. They also did a backsplash in our kitchen and it turned out great as well. Thank you to your team! I won't hesitate to use your services in the future if the need arises. Jake

Home Floor Design is one of the best in Calgary. They professional, courteous, on-time on budget and do an amazing job at the right price. I searched and got quotes from 07 different flooring companies and HFD was almost 30% less. The quality of the craftsmanship was amazing. Two highly professional guys did my entire 3700 sq feet house for carpet and engineered wood flooring in two and a half days and a picture-perfect work. Above all, they provided me 10 rugs of the leftover carpet with all edges and everything for free with a smile. I cannot find enough words to praise this family-owned business and highly recommend to everyone. Do not waste your time and money elsewhere; go straight to Murad at HFD.

I have had 2 seperate and different experiences with Home Flooring - both great but worth mentioning!1. They refinished the main floor original hardwood (1970s) and filled in with matching wood in the kitchen (sourced through a prime contractor). The workmanship was fantastic. Minimal squeaks and seamless tie in of the new wood and old floor. It's so good people don't believe it isn't all original. Other contractors tried to push us against this (to ripping out and installing all new) as they thought there would be too different of a colour change. So glad we didn't do that. Additionally the finisher came back and made sure every spot was finished smooth and evenly (even a place I had scratched moving a dresser).2. Months later, I went in to the showroom to purchase small amounts of tile independently (not through a professional prime contractor) for a DIY bathroom Reno. I was treated great with no-nonsense service and better than retail pricing for a small amount of high-quality tile. This is after visiting several other tile stores (and was cheaper than budget tile stores like tile source and even home Depot etc). They also went above and beyond helping us find other supplies to help with our diy at cheaper pricing (products they didn't sell).Over all really happy with the service as well as the products we recieved and would highly recommend. For tile they had a great selection as well. Great family owned business and will return for the next project!

These guys are crooks. They tell you to save on tax you can pay cash. Their prices are competitive but that were it ends. They promise you one product and install a different one. Their process is very cheap instead of nails they use glue. After a month the floor needed repairs and they would promise to come and fix it but they never came.

I know this store has amazing reviews but every time I tried to approach them, they would take days to get back to me. They do have the best pricing out there though so I'll def give them that + they have a lot of references but the customer service is lacking. I tried with 2 different salesrep and they would take days to respond to my inquiries. (I always had to follow up and hope for the best) I ended up taking my business somewhere else.

From consulting with Memo at the design centre who was extremely helpful and patient with us deciding on the luxury wood vinyl flooring, to Mehmet and his installation crew who completed the job in the time frame promised and the quality of installation not to mention clean up, I highly recommend you visiting their show room. The cost of materials and labour was within our budget and the craftmanship totally transformed our main floor living area beyond our expectations. Beware when dealing with this Company. The carpet has been installed for months and I am still stepping on the extremely sharp nails on the installation strips. The type of carpet they recommended is inappropriate for the house - the nails protrude through the carpet and the carpet is too low for the height of the baseboards. The person who viewed the house should have recognised these issues and recommended a different type of carpet. During the installation process I phoned the salesperson about the nail issue and his response was to tell me not to walk close to the walls where the nails protrude. The nails also protrude on the stairs - the old nail strips should have been removed and the carpet installed with staples. Very unprofessional, rushed, and unfocused Company to work with. Extremely disappointed in the quality of carpet, installation, and advice.

We could not be happier with the service from Murat and all the staff at Crowfoot location! We had old carpet removed and new carpet laid, and all the old carpet was removed from our property on day 1. New carpet was laid and looks great. We had dark stained hardwood in 2 rooms and had new hardwood installed in another room. Val did a fantastic job stripping the old colour and staining all 3 rooms a light matching colour. Val took his time applying new sample colours and we were able to make a final choice. Val never rushed us to decide and patiently tried numerous colours till we had the right one. The finished product is perfect, the floor is so smooth it feels like one sheet. All at very competitive price! Definitely 5 stars!

After wasting money on cheap flooring on Black Friday sales at home depot and Lowes ( it all cracked up ) I had to replace it all , 3-4 mm vinyl plank flooring is too thin. We went to most all the flooring places in the NW , Memo Uran was the best , we were able to get a good price on some 7mm vinyl plank flooring , Memo helped us with our budget because after all we just did it all a few months ago . I would suggest anyone in the area drop by Home Flooring we found them very helpful , they even dropped it off because my foot was broken , Great flooring Great price and the floor looks just great . Not sure about all the high reviews. Very nice people to deal with. High quality materials available. Decent prices. But absolutely terrible installers! They left us with dozens of large spaces between panels. Looked terrible. Had to come back about 4 or 5 times. Finally got it barely acceptable but can't believe they thought it was acceptable to leave a job looking like that. Wish I had taken pictures. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Almost two years ago, we had our entire main floor redone in wide plank hardwood. One of the boards popped up a bit and there were squeaks in the hallway, that likely were the result of the subfloor not being nailed down tightly enough. Even after all this time had passed, Home Flooring ordered us in new wood, replaced the board that had lifted and got rid of all the squeaks in our hallway. I had pulled out our fridge and scratched the hardwood; Tarek (sp) even fixed that! When we need our upstairs flooring replaced, we will definitely go with Home Flooring. Lovely people to deal with and great service! Can't say enough positive things!

I am SOOO happy with Moe and Home Flooring.All of their staff are so pleasant to talk to on the phone, and their trades are respectful, helpful and do their job EXTREMELY WELL. I was concerned that the hardwood repair (from a leaky dishwasher) would be noticeable.
